There are so many condos to choose from, and different areas offer various advantages and disadvantages. There is specific information I can make you aware of to help you sift through through the mass of condos and make an informed decision.

To the west of Yonge you will find a greater density of high rise condominiums, many with top notch amenities. The areas range from Waterfront condominiums along Queens Quay, to new uber modern and slick condos along King Street West near the entertaintainment district. There's a good mix of newer designs offering today's modern conveniences, but you may have to compromise a little on square footage. With older condos, many still have amenities and have been renovated to today's standards. The upside to this is that you get both space and modern finishes.

The east side of Yonge has a different vibe to the west, having mid to low rise structures and many would say it has more of a neighbourhood feel. Some of these areas include the St. Lawrence Market area with condos along Scott St, George St, the Esplanade, King St, Richmond, Adelaide, Front and Sherbourne. There are many buildings to choose from in terms of age, size, and amenities, but all are walking distance to the subway, or a 5 min street car ride. There is no shortage of restaurants, shopping or outdoor patios to choose from, which gives this area a unique feeling to other downtown neighbourhoods.

Still not sure of east vs. west, smaller vs larger, new vs old??? Call me directly at 416-716-7073 or email me at perry@perrybaria.com
