Peter Freed acquired an infill site in the established east end near the St. Lawrence Market. The intention is to build a 25-storey building offering many suites which are greater than 1300 square feet in size. The project is appealing primarily to end users, in sharp contrast to many of Freeds King West projects which appeal to the investor crowd who tend to purchase super-small units in skyscrapers.
What makes this project even more exciting is its specific location at the southwest corner of King and Church Street. It's surrounded by theatres, restaurants, bistros and cafes, and directly across from St. James Cathedral and Park. It's a block away from both the financial district and St. Lawrence Market and has all the amenities you would be looking for in a downtown urban living space.
