WHAT CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
"Buying or selling a home is one of the largest personal and financial decisions you will make and you need an experienced professional to guide you through the process. When you work with me, you can count on personal, attentive, patient service, excellent knowledge of the area, great negotiation skills and expert selling strategies."
- Perry Baria
"Perry appreciates honesty and is equally honest in return. She took time to listen closely to our needs and wants and found us a home in an area we had not previously considered, but have quickly fallen in love with. When we were ready, she sold our house for 21% over asking, and we are now happily settled in our "forever house"."
- Lisa and Paul - Hillcrest Village
"Thank you for helping us buy our first home. You did an incredible job, and were always available and took the time to listen to our questions. In the end you were able to find us a house perfectly suited to our needs. We are so happy with our new home. You are a major reason our home buying experience was a very happy one."
- Stephen & Maha

- Rick & Lorraine - Cabbagetown
"Perry guided us every step of the way. She started by listening, then proceeded to develop a plan. The end result was a step by step strategy for success. We sold our home for 26% over asking, and were able to leverage that incredible sale price against the purchase of a new home in our dream neighborhood."
- Peter and Sarah – Davisville Village
"It was a pleasure working with Perry Baria during my recent real estate transactions of buying my new home and selling my current one. I could not have made these decisions without her patience, expertise and guidance. Thanks again for everything."

Riverdale is one of Toronto's most vibrant places to live, and it's easy to see why people continue to value this neighbourhood. North Riverdale is known for its large Greek community, but also its multiculturalism. The homes north, south and bordering the Danforth are highly coveted, and have continued to do well in value. Those that have been renovated are especially desirable.
There is a good mix of Edwardian and Victorian style homes constructed in the 1800s. At that time they were primarily used as boarding rooms to house the working class. Since then, many of these residences have been redeveloped and redesigned into homes for young families and professionals, turning this area into a trendy, popular and expensive one!
Price Range of Homes in Riverdale

Access to a subway line - a perfect ingredient for a neighbourhood that thrives! Those working in the city love that they can walk to the subway along the Danforth, or take the Broadview streetcar south, and then along King Street directly into the Financial District.
Withrow Avenue JPS, Jackman Avenue JPS, and Frankland Community school are Riverdale's three local junior public schools, all which are ranked higher than 8/10 by the Fraser Institute. The Big Carrot for all your organic groceries, Dash Kitchen for special treats, Dessa for your leather goods, Moss for all your indoor - outdoor furniture, Crema for delicious coffee, and make sure you don't miss Dolce for the best gelato in town.
Withrow and Riverdale Park are the two most popular. Withrow Park is one of Toronto’s largest multi-purpose parks. The park is bound by Carlaw Avenue to the east, Bain Avenue to the south, Logan Avenue to the west, and McConnell Avenue to the north. It was constructed in the 1910s at the same time that the surrounding community was built. . In the summer it's alive with dog walkers, kids playing in the several playgrounds, teams playing soccer and baseball. It is my personal favourite.
Riverdale Park – A large park spanning across the Lower Don River. In the summer there are recreational fields for soccer and Ultimate, tennis courts and a running track. In winter it’s a perfect playground with its outdoor hockey rink.. and don’t miss the visual as kids line the hills toboganning!!!
